It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all
necessary permissions from any copyrighted designs/materials. It is
not the responsibility of CH Quality Coins and it's subsidiaries to
retrieve these rights.
Dies
Dies are an essential part of coin minting. Once
they are made, they are good for life. Dies will be kept on hand for 2
years after the last order date. You will only have to pay for dies
once per design.
Security
We work
to protect the security of your information during transmission by
using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts
information you input. All information is stored on our servers in a
secure location. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data
accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put
in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures
to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
On-line Purchases
The Site
uses various order forms for users to request information and order
CH Quality coins products. We collect contact information (such as
name, mailing address and/or e-mail address), and when appropriate,
financial information (such as your credit card number and its
expiration date) to process requests or purchases. Contact
information from an order form may be used to fulfill orders, to
contact users regarding their order and for other purposes, such as
to provide company information. Collected credit card information is
used to process requests for products and services, and will not be
shared with third parties that are not involved with the
transaction. When credit card information is transmitted, we use
industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may
do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
If you pay by personal check, your order manufacturing will begin 7
business days after we receive your check.

 How do I place an order ?
Simple, just contact our sales department by e-mail with your idea. At
this point you need to provide us with the product type you are interested
in. If you have any artwork send it via e-mail. We will then contact you
to gather some more detailed information and provide you with a price
quote.

The manufacturing process is different for each product type. Usually
from initial communication to delivery takes 4 - 6 weeks. Sometimes if the
artwork needs to be modified several times it may take longer.

Most of our metal products are die struck. We create a mold which is
used to manufacture your product. The die fee is the cost you pay for this
mold. The mold is essentially yours. You will be the only person that can
have products manufactured with this die. If you need more product in the
future, there is no die charge unless you make changes to the original.
The dies are maintained for 2 years. If you order product after the 2
years from the last manufacturing you will need to pay for a new die.

Yes, we can provide you with a sample prior to manufacturing your
complete order. There is a sampling deposit of $75 which is deducted from
your final payment. You will also be charged for the die fee at this time.
Sampling will add approximately one week to the manufacturing process. Any
changes can still be made at this time.
